Order Tracking
There are two easy ways to stay up to date on your order status:
Visit our Order Tracking page to view your order status. You will need your order number, email address, and billing post code.
Alternatively, you may log into your account under My Account and review your order history.
Why am I not seeing any tracking scans for my order?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your Shipment Confirmation email. It may take a few days between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations. We assure you that this will not affect your expected delivery date.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed after 12 p.m. MYT Monday - Friday may not be processed until the following business day. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day (Monday). Weekend delivery is not available.
Orders with Standard Delivery is expected to arrive within 10-14 business days.
You will be provided with the carrier’s name and tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Note: In most cases, your order is finalized immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled upon purchase. Products may arrive in separate packages or several shipments to complete the fulfilment of your order.
What are the available Delivery Options and rates?
We currently offer one delivery option in Malaysia via City Link.

RM 12.00 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling is available for orders RM 270.00 & below in merchandise value shipping for West Malaysia.
RM 20.00 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling is available for orders RM 270.00 & below in merchandise value shipping for East Malaysia via Standard service to Residential Addresses and PO Box destinations.
Orders above RM 270.00 in merchandise value shipping will receive free shipping & handling. Not all services are available for all destinations. Available service options will be displayed at checkout.
*Parcels that cannot be delivered or remain uncollected at the pick-up point location will be delivered to PO Boxes.

Shipping & handling charges which include, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage fees where applicable will automatically be added to your total during Checkout.
Do you offer a Ship-to-Store option?
Ship-to-Store option is unavailable for the time being.
Can I ship my order internationally?
We only deliver to addresses that are located within Malaysia for the time being.
Flat Rate Shipping & Handling
RM 12.00 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling is available for orders RM 270.00 & below in merchandise value shipping for West Malaysia and RM 20.00 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling is available for orders RM 270.00 and below in merchandise value shipping for East Malaysia.
What if my package is late or lost?
If you have not received your order by the expected delivery date, please call the carrier, and allow one additional business day past the delivered scan, or one additional business day after your shipping time frame. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team at cs@stevemadden.com.my.
NOTE: Be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbour or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If the products you received is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care Team at cs@stevemadden.com.my within 30 days of purchase.
