Shipping policy

Updates for Covid-19: In light of current events, home deliveries are still guaranteed, with commitment to the highest standards of sanitary safety, with the exception of zones where access is restricted by local authorities. The estimated shipping time will be extended to 14 Business Days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during these unprecedented times. 

We have also extended our returns deadlines up to 45 days, beyond the usual 30 days to allow required flexibility. Pick-up points are currently closed and returns can be picked up at private addresses only. 

Returns may currently take a few additional days to reach us. We guarantee refunds for all eligible returns within approximately one week of receipt at our distribution centre. 

Shipping for online orders are only available within Malaysia.

All products are shipped via our shipping partner DHL in Malaysia.

Orders Must Be Received By 12pm GMT +8.

Your order must be received and credit authorization cleared by 12pm GMT +8 or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays in Malaysia.
