RETURNS:
If you received a defective or damaged product, you may request for a return of the affected product by contacting our Customer Care Team at cs@stevemadden.com.my, within 14 days of purchase.
The returned item must be unused, unworn, in the original condition and packaging with original boxes/tag, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. The original packaging (Steve Madden shoe box or Steve Madden handbag) of the returned item must be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped. You are required to return the item at your own cost. The return shipping fee will not be refunded as it shall be borne by customer.

- Delivery Documentation containing your Delivery Number

Please note that exchanges for products are not available. Instead, we will issue a refund in the form of a digital voucher, which you can use to place a new order. The voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
