RM 20.00 Flat Rate Shipping & Handling is available for orders RM 270.00 & below in merchandise value shipping for East Malaysia via Standard service to Residential Addresses and PO Box destinations.

Orders above RM 270.00 in merchandise value shipping will receive free shipping & handling. Not all services are available for all destinations. RETURNS:

If you received a defective or damaged product, you may request for a return of the affected product by contacting our Customer Care Team at cs@stevemadden.com.my, within 14 days of purchase.

The returned item must be unused, unworn, in the original condition and packaging with original boxes/tag, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. The original packaging (Steve Madden shoe box or Steve Madden handbag) of the returned item must be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped. You are required to return the item at your own cost. The return shipping fee will not be refunded as it shall be borne by customer.

All sale item purchased from this website such as Buy 1 Free 1, Markdown, and Stock Clearance items are considered final, and are non-refundable, non-returnable or non-exchangeable after purchase due to the nature of discounted merchandise (Save and except for defective and/or damaged products which is subject to approval).

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE?

The following information will be required when returning your goods:

1. Confirmation Email containing your Transaction/Order Reference Number
2. Delivery Documentation containing your Delivery Number
3. List and description of item(s) to be returned
4. Reason given for returning item(s)

Please note that exchanges for products are not available. Instead, we will issue a refund in the form of a digital voucher, which you can use to place a new order. The voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, excluding any shipping and handling charges. Steve Madden Malaysia reserves the right to determine the eligibility of returns and refunds at our discretion.

Any shipping costs and handling charges will not be refunded.
